BIRTHDAY BASH WITH FRIENDS! AHOY MATEY!

I'm not sure who was more excited about Noah's birthday party...  him or me! I had so much fun planning it and I think it turned out great! He wanted a treasure hunt so we went with a pirate theme.  The party started out at the house where we had the treasure hunt, played a game, had lunch and sang happy birthday.  After all that we headed to the Cermak Family Aquatic Center to walk the plank.  Maria and Jessica were amazing helpers and the party went exactly how I had pictured it in my head (when does that ever happen???).

These were fun to make... the "ocean" is blue sugar and the "sand" is crushed graham cracker.

Great party.... we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day! The weather was perfect, the kids were very well behaved and everything fell into place.  So much fun!!
