Nice to meet you sir...

Hi everyone!

This past weekend we took Noah to see Santa. We weren't too sure how he would do because last year he was terrified and he really doesn't get the whole idea of Santa yet. He did great! While waiting in line he kept saying, "Wait my turn, Mama?" When it was his turn he starts walking up to Santa all by himself with his right hand extended, stops right in front of him, shakes his hand and says clear as day, "Nice to meet you sir!" It was priceless! I wish, so much, that I had had a video camera! When he sat on Santa's lap he told him he wanted a Henry and Edward train for Christmas. When Santa gave him a coloring book you would have thought the kid got a whole new train set- he was so excited. He said, "Mama, Dada, Noah got coloring book from Santa!" Oh to be a kid again and that thrilled over a coloring book! The picture with Santa turned out cute-- he kind of has a "Chandler" smile (for those of you who used to watch Friends- you know what I mean!) though.

We cannot wait to decorate for Christmas! We are putting our tree up this weekend. We got a new one at the end of the season last year and we can't wait to decorate it. We usually put our tree up the Friday after Thanksgiving- but we are going to the circus- so we decided to do it early. Plus, Noah is so excited about all the Christmas trees that he has been seeing, we can't wait to see his face this year when he has one in his room and a big one in the front room! I love Christmas!
